Mark 12:31 The second is this: ‘Love your neighbour as yourself.’[a] There is no commandment greater than these.
God wants us to love others as a first step instead of over analysing them or criticising them.
The reason is that:
1 Pet 4:8 Above all, love each other deeply, because love covers over a multitude of sins.
When we start at love, we start from God's view and see through His eyes.
Psalms 2:8 Ask me, and I will make the nations your inheritance, the ends of the earth your possession.
