Prayers and Vengeance

Mark 11:24 Therefore I tell you, whatever you ask for in prayer, believe that you have received it, and it will be yours.
I always have needs I want God to fulfill in my life. I should therefore commit them to God in prayers. What God requires of me is that I believe and He assures me that I have already received it.

v 25 And when you stand praying, if you hold anything against anyone, forgive them, so that your Father in heaven may forgive you your sins.”
When I stand praying, I should have a clear conscience before God. God tells me that He will remind me of grudges that I have held for me to repent and forgive my offenders.
If I forgive, I close the desire for vengeance in my heart. I should consistently pray so that I consistently forgive and keep a clear conscience and be at peace with fellow human beings

Prayers
Eph 6:18 And pray in the Spirit on all occasions with all kinds of prayers and requests. With this in mind, be alert and always keep on praying for all the Lord’s people.

God is encouraging us to always allow His Spirit to lead us in the things we are praying for.
  1. Pray in the Spirit- let the Spirit of God be the one who guides and leads us and directs us.
  2. Pray on all occasions- Allowing and enjoying consistent fellowship with the Holy Spirit. Every moment is a reason to pray.
  3. With all kinds of prayers and requests-God is encouraging us to talk to Him, to ask Him, to share our thoughts, to engage Him, to make Him part of our everyday and every moment.
God want us to be alert-Live in the moment. Allow my heart, body and mind to be in the moment. Being conscience every moment.
This will help me continually grow in my closeness with God as I keep in touch and pray through the Holy Spirit.

Alertness will help me, by the power of the Holy Spirit, to please God.
